Vanished Kingdoms is an expansion for the Bretwalda base game bringing new life to neutral units and expanding the game to include more historical kingdoms. The expansion adds four minor neutral kingdoms (Kent, Alt Clut, Dumnonia and Gwynedd) with their own units, capitals, and automa cards governing their actions.

Danelag is an expansion for the Bretwalda base game, taking it to 5 players. The fifth player takes charge of the Viking raiders and a new Danish kingdom established on the shores of England.

Danes begin the game with two ships (making them highly mobile) and in any coastal area not adjacent to an enemy capital area, and they have a different set of Kingdom Tiles as well as Lordship cards.

Bretwalda is a fast-paced area control game for 1-4 players with unique miniatures and beautiful, evocative components. You take charge of one of the four asymmetric kingdoms. To achieve victory, you will need to take control of key areas on the board, complete secret objectives and construct special buildings. To do that, you will collect taxes, develop your kingdom, use your diplomatic skills, mobilise armies and lead them to glorious battles.

The game lasts a maximum of 12 seasons, each season limited to just two out of four available actions, meaning each decision is critical. Will you bide your time, developing your economy, expanding your knowledge and building alliances, or will you immediately create a great army and rush forward to claim new lands and riches?

This is a game for 1–4 players (depending on the various scenarios included and up to 6 with the expansion). The goal of the game is to build the most successful empire, and points are scored for (amongst other things) owned provinces, explored territories, diplomatic relations, victories in wars and secret objectives that have been accomplished.

The board game is based on the famous strategy game series by Paradox Interactive and captures the heart and soul of the grandness that makes the computer game so magnificent.

China’s War: 1937-1941 examines the first five years of the conflict, when China stood alone against the Japanese Empire. Each player takes the role of a Faction seeking to attack or defend the Republic of China: the aggressive Japanese, the harried Government (represented by the Nationalist party), the rebellious Chinese Communist Party, or the unruly, fractious Warlords who are obedient when convenient but have their eye on gaining state power.

Using military, political and economic actions and exploiting various events, players build and manoeuvre forces to influence or control the population, extract resources, or otherwise achieve their Faction’s aims. A deck of cards regulates turn order, events, victory checks, and other processes. The rules can run non-player Factions, enabling solitaire, 2-player, or multi-player games.
