The fee is worked out as (1) the cost of the bank charge to buy the Pokemon, (2) the cost of the bank charge to refund, plus (3) a £3 admin charge to cover the time required to refund and answer queries.

The bank charge is between 2% and 5%. Debit cards are cheaper to refund than credit cards and Klarna.

MAXIMUM 2 PER PERSON (or household, or payment card). If you exceed 2, excess will be refunded and the cancellation charge will be applied.
