Cancellation fees for Pokemon – due to a large number of cancellations that result in large bank charges, we have a cancellation fee for Pokemon. The fee is worked out as (1) the cost of the bank charge to buy the Pokemon, (2) the cost of the bank charge to refund, plus (3) a £3 admin charge to cover the time required to refund and answer queries.
The bank charge is between 2% and 5%. Debit cards are cheaper to refund than credit cards and Klarna.
MAXIMUM 5 PER PERSON (or household, or payment card). If you exceed 5, excess will be refunded and the cancellation charge will be applied.
