Our Refund and Shipping Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. You can return a product for up to 14 days after you receive it, in most cases (except for faulty goods or our no-quibble guarantee, below) buyer pays the return postage. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

Buyer pays for return postage, except in cases of damaged or faulty goods. For purchases sent outside of the UK, we will not repay the postage costs (these are considered ‘non-standard’ postage costs).

In the case of damaged or faulty goods, the buyer will be supplied with a label, asked to repackage the product safely, and return it via a local drop-off location.

We will refund cancellations within 24 hours of the request, and returns within 24 hours of the products being received.

We believe your board game should arrive in perfect condition

We regularly recycle boxes (sorry if it looks like Amazon have sent it to you!) but we pride ourselves on excellent packaging and using reputable delivery firms.

We understand that for many people, game boxes are a piece of art you put on your shelves, and the condition of the box is important. If you believe your game has been damaged in transit (even if only cosmetic) please contact us, and we will replace the game at our cost (in the rare situation where we cannot source a replacement, we’ll work with you to find an alternative form of compensation).

Please note: this offer is for everything in the ‘board and card game’ category, CCG bundles/collectors boxes, and RPG books. We will not usually accept returns at our expense due to cosmetic damage on booster boxes or miniatures games (because the boxes themselves are flimsy and not designed for collecting). Please contact us in advance if you would like to ensure your booster box arrives in pristine condition.

Eco-friendly packaging!

We use biodegradable void fill, bubblewrap and boxes for nearly all products! The only thing that isn’t green is the tape – but we’re working on that too!

Shipping

Shipping:

We aim to ship your order within 24 hours (Monday to Friday).

We offer FREE DELIVERY on all orders £20 and over to the UK, or a flat fee of £3.99 for all UK addresses for orders under £20.

Standard shipping uses a 2-3 day service (typically, Royal Mail second class).

International shipping:

• US and Canada – Shipping is a flat rate of £30 for items 2kg or under, £45 for heavier items.
• Europe – Shipping is a flat rate of £19 for items 2kg or under, heavier items are £27.
• Some countries incur extra costs if our regular courier do not ship to them. Please check this list, as is changes regularly:
  • Turkey – £39 postage
  • Latvia – £29 postage
• Please note – there may be customs charges.
• International orders ship on Mondays and Fridays – so there may be a short delay to your order

SMALL ITEMS:

Items with the tag “small item” are sent as a large letter, so we reduced the postage to £1. If any non-small items are bought at the same time, the postage reverts to £3.99
