Due to the large number of cancellations we reserve the right to withhold the bank charges, plus £3 admin charge. For debit cards, this fee is usually around 4%, for credit cards 8%, and Klarna 10%.
You can cancel your preorder, with no charge, at any time up until the point we charge you for the product (usually a week before the release) – just log into your account!
If you order more than 2, we will refund you down to 2 but the charge above will also be retained.
